Helena Biočić was born on January 3rd, 1980 in Bjelovar, where she completed elementary school and Gymnasium. In 1998. she enrolled to the Police Academy in Zagreb, where she earned a criminologist title in 2004. In 2005. she started working at the Croatian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Zagreb Police Department, as a police officer. Since 2008, she has been conducting information and public relations activities at the Office of the Chief Police Officer and in the Cabinet of Minister. She earned the title of professional criminology specialist in 2010.
Since February 2018. she has taken over the work of the head of the Police Museum.
Since 2008, she has been engaged in humanitarian work at the Solidarity Fund Foundation, where she is today the Deputy Chairman of the Steering Committee.
She has participated in several conferences and seminars related to police and public relations.
