Dušan Medin M.Sc.

Dušan Medin (Kotor, 1990) graduated BA archaeology at the Faculty of Philosophy University of Belgrade (Serbia) in 2014 and MSc studies at UNESCO Chair in Cultural Policy and Management: Interculturalism and Mediation in the Balkans in Belgrade (Serbia) and Lyon (France) in 2015, currently completing MA of archaeology in Belgrade. Has expert title “curator” and “researcher” assigned in 2017 by the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro.

Currently, he is employed in Public Institution Museums and Galleries of Budva. Works also as project manager of the Association for Cultural Development “Bauo” (Petrovac, Montenegro) and he is member of the Editorial Board for culture and cultural heritage of annual professional journal “The Almanac of Paštrovići Region” (Budva).

He participated in archaeological excavations (Montenegro, Serbia, Greece), published several scientific papers in domain of archaeology, cultural heritage and management, was author and collaborator at many documentary and artistic exhibitions, edited numerous scientific and professional publications (monographs, proceedings, journals, etc), organized and participated in many scientific conferences, round tables, workshops, exhibitions and other projects about culture and cultural heritage. His professional experience is in civil organizations, public administration, public cultural institutions, media, publishing, and as freelancer in Serbia and Montenegro.

Lives in Petrovac.
